Can you match the colour of my car?

We can match virtually any colour, of any make/model/year of car. Our system has over 50,000 formulations so chances are we'll have yours.

How do you match the colour?

Your car will have its own paint code on a metal plate or sticker located somewhere on your car, usually under the bonnet or in the door. We use this information to get a formulation from our laptop and mix the paint on the spot to match.

How quickly can you come out?

We aim to operate on a same day/next day basis. At busier times it can take a little longer

Can you come to me on a weekend?

Yes we can. We work from Monday to Saturday and on a Sunday by special request.

How long does a repair take?

On average between 1 to 2 hours from start to finish.

Once the repair is finished, how soon after can I drive my car?

Your car is ready to drive immediately.

Will the repair be guaranteed?

Yes. All work is guaranteed for 2 years.*

What size repairs do you tackle?

Refresh are SMART repair specialists. SMART stands for Small Medium Area Repair Technique, which means we specialise in small and medium sized repairs.

Can you repair diamond cut/machine cut alloys?

It's not possible to restore these finishes to their original condition with same-day refinishing. Our technicians are able to repair damage to the wheels and give them an excellent painted finish that allows you to benefit from a same day service.

We do have recommended alloy wheel re-manufacturers that we can put you in touch with if necessary.

Do you have SMART technicians in my area?

We cover a 40 mile radius of Reading, if you are outside of this area please contact us. We are able to travel further as long as you can email us clear pictures of the damage beforehand.

How much will my repair cost?

Our technicians will be happy to discuss pricing and supply a free quote to you before you decide to proceed with the repairs.

Payment methods

Payments are made after the satisfactory repair. We accept cash or cheque and we will provide you with an invoice detailing the work that was carried out – please keep this invoice safe – it's your guarantee.

Customer details will only be used by Refresh Autos Ltd. and financial/bank detail information including cheques, billing address etc. will be only used for invoicing purposes.
