Brake dust, dirt and road traffic film can become baked on to your alloy wheels making it hard to remove.
We recommend using a non acid based alloy wheel cleaner to remove this with an alloy-safe brush. Once clean, protect your wheel with alloy wax which will bond a microscopic P.T.E.F. polymer layer to the alloy surface which helps to prevent the impregnation of harmful brake dust and fallout.
Our Refresh alloy wheel cleaner and protector is available in our online shop or talk to your refresh technician who will be more than happy to advise you on the best way to look after your wheels.
If so, one of our Refresh technicians can visit you at home or at work. We can repair and refurbish most alloy wheels in less than 2 hours by performing an isolated repair or by refurbishing the whole wheel.
Your alloy wheels are repaired and then primed. The colour is then matched to the original wheel colour or painted to a colour of your choice. Finally the wheels are sprayed with a clear lacquer and baked with our infrared curing lamp.
Dressing the tyre completes the process.
Your wheels are then placed back on your vehicle and wheel bolts are torqued to the manufacturer's
setting.
